Due to the numerous inquiries I receive related to my consulting services,
I require the following information before starting a dialogue with a potential
client. This information will help me determine if your needs and business type
are the right fit for my assistance. I only work with 5 clients at a time so I
have to be very selective on who I work with. If it is determined that your
business or needs are not a good fit, I will notify you by email within 5
