Fees:
If we both feel there is a good fit that could potentially
benefit your business and needs, we start with an initial consultation meeting
that last approximately 2-3 hours at your office. During this meeting, I will
ask you details about your business to allow me to better understand how I can
help you. After this meeting, I will provide an business overview that will
outline my findings and will have my recommendations. The charge for this
initial consultation is $500.00. I have yet to meet with a client who has felt
they did not get more than their money’s worth from this initial consultation.
After the initial consultation, all further fees are tied
directly to results. If I cannot assist you with the result agreed to, you pay
nothing. If I do, you pay what we have agreed to previously. I truly only work
with clients where a win-win scenario can be achieved.

Personal Evaluation and Recruiting – Learn how to evaluate your
employees and find out which ones are keepers VS ones who are draining you
and your resources. You will be amazed that you can achieve better results
with less, more qualified employees. I utilize the Smart Employee Evaluation
System which grades employees from a rating of A to E, with A as assets, B
as growing assets, and C,D, and E’s as individuals you should look at
replacing.
Capital Raises – I can assist you business with raising the required
capital to achieve growth and success within your current business. I have a

Business Sale – I have sold over 10 businesses personally and I can

sale of your business. I only work with 5 businesses at a time so I am very
selective on which companies I represent.
